Once a year we gather together to welcome the First Light, the Light of life.
The first thing the budding plant sees as it breaks through the soil.
The first light a baby sees as it enters the world.
The light that we all need to thrive and stay alive.
We welcome the expanding light in Spring and celebrate with our drums and songs and our prayers.
This is the season of renewal and rejuvenation.
In a guided meditation we invite you to contemplate the mysteries before us as we
embark on the real life journey into this transformative year.
